We would like to take a moment to write a review about our experience with Trailblazer RV. We have purchased 2 travel trailers from them over the past 7 years. Our first was a 17 foot Spree Escape with a little slide out for the dinning room. It was perfect for us to pull with our SUV. We found the quality of customer service we received from the sales department was second to none. Chris Graham sold us that trailer back in 2011. He was very helpful in getting us set up with the weight distribution hitch and making sure we were satisfied. The walk through gave us the opportunity to ask questions and make sure we knew how things worked before we pulled out on the road. This was very reassuring as this was our first bigger trailer (we had a little 1973 Ventura with no washroom).

In 2016 we traded in our Spree Escape for a larger Spree Connect 28 ft travel trailer to accommodate our growing family. We received a fair trade for our Escape and Daniel Graham was a pleasure to do business with. His sense of humor, friendliness and professionalism made the purchase of a big investment as painless as it could be.

We have found that the service department has always been top notch for us. They are always super friendly and remember our girls and are fun to talk with. Any warranty work that we have had done has been well performed and to our satisfaction the first time. You can tell the staff enjoy their jobs and they all go out of their way to be helpful and down to earth. This makes asking any questions easy.

We have enjoyed our relationship with Trailblazer RV over the last several years and I know that if and when we are in need of a new trailer we will definitely go to Trailblazer RV.

We recently purchased a used RV from Trailblazer RV. Bill, Pal, tecks, and office staff are the greatest team I have ever dealt with. After we purchased the RV they totally went through it and repaired everything that wasn't right at no cost to us. I have dealt with a lot of dealerships, but never at one that treated you with the courtesy that they do at Trailblazer RV.nHats off to Bill and his great staff,I would recommend when you need your next RV the First place to visit should be Trailblazer RV at Acheson AB. nI&E
