Bought my first motorcycle off of Larry. Sales service was awesome. My experience couldn't have been better and was completely stress free. Larry took the time to explain everything about the bike to me when I looked at it, and again when he delivered it to me. I thank Larry and Kelly's Cycle Centre for the positive buying experience, would highly recommend them.

I am very pleased with the service here. I am treated with respect and my needs are always met. Kelly's Cycle goes above and beyond and I have never had a negative experience. My motorcycles are serviced very well, the staff is knowledgeable, kind and meticulous. I am very particular as to who is allowed to touch my motorcycle and I trust Kelly's Cycle. I have demands as I'm a customer and those demands have always been met. There is a reason they are a 5 star dealer and I'm proud to own a Yamaha. Service is what sells a product and their service is what keeps me coming back. My family and I are very satisfied and we will continue to utilize the services of Kelly's Cycle now and in the future. I can feel the passion when I enter their shop and the atmosphere is very positive. When a crew knows their stuff and gives it to you straight forward it is appreciated. Their service speaks for itself and they are the reason I've bought another Yamaha... A Big Thanks to the Kelly's gang for being awesome and for making my motorcycle purchases and services easy....

Don't you just hate it when you walk into a place in ignore you? The two visits I have made to this dealer will be my last.
They don't seem enthused at all to talk to potential customers.
They all seem to be too busy and in a bad mood.

I recently took my R1 for service at Kelly's. I had never been there before and have only been riding for a few years. What I have learned is that most people who ride have "a guy" or "a guy at a garage" that they prefer over anything else for service. I've tried that, while the pricing may be good in the short term, the service can be sketchy and scheduling can be a nightmare. I've had people tell me not to use professional shops as they charge way too much, and, it's true they sometimes charge more, but I was looking to build a trust relationship with a shop not just a quick fix. I was thoroughly impressed by the staff at Kellys. I worked with Paul and informed him of what I wanted them to look at (it was a decent size list). He took my concerns and provided me with a quote to fix them. He also recommended something that we hadn't discussed for safety measures. Another thing that impressed me was that they were honest about things that should be done straight away and things that could wait. I always appreciate a company that will provide those types of recommendations. All in all I went ahead with their recommendations and the work was done promptly and the bike runs great. Because of the trust relationship that was started in this transaction I will definitely be back again. I find that a lot of reviews can be on the negative side, I want readers to know that my experience was top notch and professional. Thanks

I have been to a lot of cycle shops in my days, but never have I seen the great team of Kelly's cycle centre. The service guy Brian and the parts girl Debbie work so good together. WOW! I came in today and even though they were so busy they took care of me and several other customers at the same time. Kelly cycle centre is the place to go! Oh and by the way the work there rocks. They have a great team in the back. WTG team Kellys!

I purchased a used bike in Michigan last year. I booked a service with Kelly Cycles and arrived to drop off the bike. The guy (could have been the owner of the place) took my keys and checked over the bike for the planned service but came right back in. His comments to me "Is that a US bike?" Me...yes. "Did you buy it down there?" Me...yes. The guy looks at me, hands me my keys and says "We don't service US bikes" He then goes about his business as if I'm not even in the store.
I wonder what he would do if he was travelling south and his car needed service. I doubt he would receive the same treatment from a US dealer taking care of his car.

I had a similar experience. My brother & I spent over $3,000 on parts the first time at their store. After a few more purchases, I asked for a 10% discount for an item under $100. Because I bought my atv at Burlington Cycle, they said no (I found out about them after I had purchased at Burl. Cycle). A friend of mine and his wife bought at Kelly's and receive discounts. And this came from both of the owners (brothers). As a store owner myself, a 10% discount is not unreasonable, and most stores of any type can give you that. To sum up, do not go there for service unless you want to be treated like crap!

Larry is the owner of the place and he is a total POS!!
I bought a 2019 MT09 through another dealer and then moved into Kelly Cycles's area. When I went for service the 1st question he asked was "Did I buy the bike there". I said no, he said come back later I service bikes purchased here 1st and we're busy.
Fast forward 2 years and that bike was stolen, so I over payed for a 2016 FZ09 from that asshole Larry and his piece of shit dealership and when I went to get my spring service done he told me they were too busy!!
I said you gave me that story because I didn't buy mi bike from you and now that I bought a bike from you you're still too busy.
I called him every name in the book. Shrugged his shoulders, went back to his corner desk, guess he knows what he is and doesn't carre.
How he has a 5Star dealership from Yamaha makes me think every Yamaha dealership gets a 5 star,
To summize, Larry is a fucking total piece of shit, don't deal with him!!!
