Noticed that the negative reviews on this site were outdated and definitely not accurate in my experiences with Nickel Belt Camping. I’ve been a customer of theirs since I moved to Sudbury 5yrs ago and every single time I’ve needed service they’ve gone above and beyond leaving no repairs unaddressed, service reps Cody and Eric are hands down some of the most friendly, knowledgeable, and down to earth guys I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They always seem to take a typically frustrating situation like needing repairs done on your $60g 5th wheel and somehow make the entire experience not only entertaining and enjoyable but most importantly educational. I don’t know if better customer service exists anywhere in any industry.

The salesman that sold us our new trailer told us the extended warranty cover just about everything from the tongue to the rear bumper WRONG I now need warranty work ,, the bathroom taps are busted ,, 2 drawer slide are busted ,, stove busted sewer dump handle busted exterior lights when I turn them on short out and send sparks main electrical pug is rotten with exposed wires the list goes on … told SORRY nothing is covered on the extended warranty I have owned 5 trailers over the years .. 4 from Northern RV and those 4 trailers were always fixed by Northern every time I brought them in NO CHARGE ,, They know how to treat their customers ,, Nickel Belt Camping does not. So know I will do the repairs myself even though I have bought and paid for the extended warranty which isn't worth the paper its printed on .. do yourself a favor and please check out other options before buying from Nickel Belt

We purchased a trailer from here and it was the worst experience ever. They have it written right on their website that they want their customers to be happy...wrong!Do not buy a trailer from them. Their salesmen are uninformed of basic important information. It has been a nightmare, and I would tell you to deal else where. You will thank me!
