I’ve been to this location previously in January, so I’m familiar with the experience there. This time, however, I came in with my significant other and was disappointed by how we were spoken to. The employees repeatedly explained things to me in an unnecessarily condescending manner, rather than simply informing me of what was recommended or asking if I had questions. I’m perfectly capable of understanding vehicle maintenance recommendations, so the tone was particularly frustrating.

Additionally, I was told that I should return in 3,000 miles, despite that not being consistent with Subaru’s recommended maintenance schedule for the vehicle. I have no issue with being informed about recommended services, but I do expect the information provided to be accurate and the communication to be respectful.

I use this location often and it’s always some really great folks working here, just wish they would be there each time I return! Always a new face. Overall, the service is great, I wish we could get some better coupons tho…maybe some rewards program that will give some $$ off filters because them thangs aint cheap! Lol

Top notch service at Valvoline on Main Street in Glastonbury!

I came in for an oil change and getting all my air filters replaced. Battery was tested and i decided it was time for a new battery as well. Everything was handled quickly, professionally, and with total transparency on pricing — no pressure, just honest recommendations.

Outstanding customer service from Travis, Angel and the whole pit crew team. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was done right. I was impressed by how they really take pride in taking care of their customers.

I will definitely be back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, friendly auto service!

The staff was very efficient & knowledgeable. They also were the kindest people. My dad who’s 88 needed help getting out of car & walking. All of the gentlemen were right there to help him & were incredibly compassionate. They got him out of car, got his walker for him, walked with him to my car & put his walker away for him. Heartfelt! On top of it they did a fantastic job fixing our AC. Thank you!!!!!!
