Diana and her crew were absolutely great. Very quick and they answered all my questions. I would definitely come here again, even though I live in the South Shore.

I had an outstanding experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Malden! From the moment I pulled in, the entire process was fast, professional, and incredibly convenient because I never had to leave my car.

The team completed my oil change, replaced all of my filters, checked my tire pressure, and performed a thorough inspection of my vehicle. What impressed me the most was how clearly they explained everything they were doing and why each service was recommended. There was no confusion—just honest, knowledgeable, and friendly customer service.

The technicians worked efficiently, communicated with each other throughout the service, and made sure everything was completed correctly before I left. Best of all, the entire visit took only about 20 minutes!

If you’re looking for fast, convenient, and trustworthy vehicle maintenance, I highly recommend Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Malden. I’ll definitely be back for my next service.

Great shop and amazing customer service. I have had my ac fixed for my 2000s Ford F-150 and my oil changed on my 2020 Audi Q5, yes folks they can do it all. Work was fast and clean. Noah took care of me both times and was amazing, showed that he cared and helped with every one of my needs. Highly recommend stopping here next time you’re in need of some service.
