I have been bringing my 4 vehicles here for oil change, etc. for many years. The team over there is excellent and never had an issue. Today Davion, Jordan and Izaiah did an excellent job and were very quick. The only painful part was that the price for the cabin filter. They charged $59.99. Anyone can check for good quality cabin filters for Toyota Sienna and it is available for around $17.00. Changing cabin air filter is easy for any DYI. So, other than these kinds of spare parts, I would think again or better yet, stay away if it is DYI capable. I should have thought about this first but I guess, I was too lazy.

The gentlemen who helped me were all very thorough and efficient in getting my oil change done. They were clear about everything they were doing and I appreciated how they showed me the filters and explained the different prices available. Overall a very satisfactory experience!

Eman, Sr. Tech, impressed us and my South Carolina driver/friend with detailed explanations of the expectations of the upcoming service, since my friend had not been to Valvoline before. Keep it up ♡ very professional & efficient, working effectively as a fluid team, sharing the work load of our vehicle’s tasks with several helpful techs, like Elvis & Isaiah (best guess/cannot recall with certainty) Thank you!

Showed up at 5:40, they have 3 bays full and 2 cars outside. Said they couldn’t take me because they close at 6pm when it takes 15 min to do an oil change. By 5:50 they had both cars outside in the bays and a 3rd bay open.

If I owned the store I’d be pissed for turning customers away when I could have been fit in. I certainly hope the owners sees this and looks who was manager on 2/7/26

Good remind of why it’s just easier to change my own oil, what a waste of a time.
