Got my vehicle done at this vavoline for a last minute oil change. Workers seemed unhappy, unmotivated and low energy (I didn’t know I came 30 minutes before close after the service was done). Nonetheless, when it came time to pay I had a $25 off service change which was good until 10/9/2026. The guy said the coupon didn’t work, asked me questions until I had to ask for a manager. When the manager came, no words were exchanged, a new price was given and I wanted to know if my new discounted charge was correct. When the receipt was printed, I was only given $20 off. I appreciate everything that went well but things could have gone a bit more smoothly. I’ve never had issues with vavoline coupons and customer service requests but maybe these guys were just wanting to go home. 2/5 stars

Andrew and his team were great. They took care of things other shops have ignored and were very willing to take the time to explain eve ru thing to me. I will definitely be returning to this location for the 5-star care they offer.

This is my 2nd visit to this Valvoline location and the service I received both times was courteous, efficient, and displayed team work, which put me at ease as a customer. I was recommended services, my questions were answered, and I was not made to feel pressured to do any of them. I was also informed of additional free services I could receive at my next visit. Convenient and pleasant experiences!

This was the worst experience I’ve had since coming here for a few years. Instantly noticed a new staff from the last time I was there. One person serviced my vehicle while I counted 3 on the other vehicle inside. The staff was very unprofessional on how they handled the situation. I was told my battery tested BAD and they could take care of it for $180.00. Since now you don’t receive the invoice while you are there I checked when I got home and funny my battery tested OK. Trying to sell me something not needed. Will never take my business there again.

Andrew the store manager and his staff were and always are awesome. Very welcoming and understanding to all of my vehicles needs. They even assisted me with adding my oil additive to my engine. I've been trusting Valvoline for years with all of my vehicles and they guys by far have treated me the best.
