My husband had the oil changed in our jeep today. He came home disgusted. He asked for a receipt, they told him they don't print them. You get it by email.
After waiting 15 minutes, no email, he tried to explain they had the wrong email address. They called him names and made him very upset when he returned home..
The words they used, I won't repeat, but he is nothing like the names they called him.
We'll never use them again.

The team that worked on my car were professional, personable, took the time to explain what they were doing and why, and made the experience easy, convenient, and fast. Thank you. Mo walked me through the whole process. Great personality.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They charge premium prices for an oil change, then use an impact gun on skid plate bolts that should be removed carefully. They stripped multiple skid plate bolts while attempting to service my truck and acted like it was no big deal.

Instead of taking responsibility or offering a proper solution, they brushed it off and left me to deal with the damage. Now I have to spend my own time and money fixing something that was completely avoidable.

If you care about your vehicle, especially if it has skid plates or requires more than a basic oil change, I’d think twice before bringing it here. I’ll never be back.

Fast and affordable. But they definitely try to sell you everything they can, so be prepared to say no to all the extras, especially if you just want an oil change. They offer tire rotations as well.

They also claim they dont print out recipts at this location and require your email. I did not oblige.

Mike and Trent helped me with my oil change today. They’ve done a great job letting me know what my car does and doesn’t need. I will be coming back to valvoline again and again because of the excellent service.
