The manager, Shane went through everything that was due for my car and all the things that needed to be done based of mileage in years and then he went into detail to explain each process and the reasoning behind it. He was a great educator for someone who knows nothing about cars recommend

For the past year, I have been driving from Boca Raton to a Valvoline Instant Oil Change location in North Miami because I was comfortable with the service there. After visiting this location, I can confidently say I will not be making that drive anymore.

Jameson, Kauan, and Sidney provided exceptional customer service from the moment I arrived. They were professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently while keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude made the experience smooth and stress-free.

1 hr wait and ended up with an oil leak. The employees dropped my oil cap/screw twice inside my hood (rookie mistake) and couldn’t locate it so they kept me there while they went and got the part. Worst part is, they didn’t tell me ANYTHING assuming I wouldn’t know since I’m a woman. I saw everything. I drove off only to find a leak. Now I need a mechanic to fix valvolines poor service
