Jackie was super professional and courteous. I think she's a great brand ambassador. Ive been coming to this location for several years and its really the only place I've found where I believe they have knowledgeable, reputable people working. The dont take any shortcuts and I've never had any issues with their work. Thanks again you guys (and gals) 👌

Awesome help from Sabrina and Anthony to help make sure I got everything in this one stop on my high mileage vehicle and Alfredo helping on the bottom side and fixing up the truck right! Also getting a free car wash just across the street is always nice!!

Fast services always great help. Very informative and they check everything for you. Lights, wipers, tires, fluids. I recommend Valvoline for your car needs to oil changes to other services as well. Robeasha did an excellent job. Sabrina did an outstanding job as well. Thank you Valvoline.

The Team here at 3738 Andrews Hwy, Odessa Tx are very courteous and welcoming.
The shop, lobby waiting room and restrooms is very very clean. Manuel, the Team and the two new Team members who was studying for a test were excellent. It was fun watching them work together like a good oiled motor!!🥰
Corporate this Team needs you to give them a pizza party for their great work. ❤️

came in to get an oil change at Valvoline and Alexander took care of me. He was super professional, friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy. He explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. You can tell he actually cares about doing a good job and making customers feel comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the great service. Thanks again, Alexander!
