My second time here. Always a good experience. Staff is attentive, quick, and knowledgeable. I never feel pressured or ignored.
Good stuff.
Thanks Valvoline - Dana Point

Danial and Carlos were absolutely awesome! Bryant the assistant manager did an Incredibly thorough job on my radiator flush. They are kind helpful and this location has the best Customer Service hands-down! I truly love the Dana point location! I’m hoping to get the same kind of service from the location in San Clemente one day but as of right now I go out of my way to go to this location.

I had a great experience. All the employees were friendly and worked diligently. They even showed me that my filter was in good condition. It was my first visit and I plan on returning. I had an oil change, changed wipers and my tires rotated.

My name is Geno from New York and I brought in a 2022 Hyundai Kona SEL AWD with 64k miles . Luis, Evan and Briant worked effectively and efficiently to get me a transmission service completed. Luis had great communication skills and Evan and Bryant helped to show the dirty versus clean fluid. Thank you again guys. Great effort and team work

Your team was phenomenal...zero room for improvement. Fast, thorough and entertaining all at the same time. It's why our company fleet comes here. The Capistrano Beach crew sets the customer care bar so high...other auto shops need to charter a plane just to see it. You hire very well.
