Brendon, Jordan, Josh, and Ashton were great. I was greeted immediately and they were able to do fluids, air, and light checks. I’m always impressed with how fast the whole team is moving. Everybody plays their role to move the line through in a friendly, efficient, and transparently informative manner.

Excellent service ae usual!!!!! These guys are top tier in my opinion. Everyone they have there is super friendly and very knowledgeable. My only gripe is the entrance area, when there is a lot of people waiting in line you can be sticking out into the road a little bit. There's not much you can do about that unfortunately due to the location of the building. Regardless of this I will continue getting my services done at this location. I only wish they rotated tires here.

Great experience! I was really impressed with the service here. The technicians were friendly, professional, and did a thorough job. Even though the place was busy when I arrived, the line moved much faster than I expected and I wasn't waiting long at all. Everyone I interacted with was personable and seemed to genuinely care about providing good service. It's not often you leave an oil change feeling impressed, but this place exceeded my expectations. I'm glad I stopped in and will definitely be coming back.

Stopped in at the Kaysville location and could not have been more impressed with the level of service. Pulled up with one car in front and had a small wait to get my service done but was greeted by a friendly employee right away, let me know they could take care of everything I was looking to get done and gave me a realistic wait time. Once in the Garage, Lucas was extremely professional and friendly throughout the service, gave great education and they very fast with the service. I will definitely be coming back here every time!

I opted in to have my rear windshield wiper replaced, but before checking to see if the had the right part, they had it off and apart. By apart I mean when they couldn’t get their replacement blade to fit, they tried swapping out just the rubber that wipes the window. Nope. Then, trying to pull my original blade without rubber back off. They snapped it. It’s been well over a week and I’VE had to call for updates. I had to check to see if it got ordered, had to check when it may get in, and I still don’t even know ANYTHING because they don’t know either. I’m happy they ordered a new blade for me. Monday rolled around and not only did I receive a call from their customer service center. I also received a call from Cisco himself letting me know the windshield wiper blade had come in and that they will install it for me as soon as I’m able to get there. Upon arriving, I was greeted. Cisco came right out with the windshield wiper blade and even had his manager come out and install it to make sure everything went smoothly. I will definitely be returning to this Valvoline, even though it’s a little bit out of my way.
