When I pulled in there was about 5 people (maybe less) in front of me. Chad was very prompt to come over and tell me the time frame of the wait. He stated it was about 30 minutes however the team got me in sooner than that. I was pleasantly surprised that Chad kept coming over and telling me how much longer for the wait. Within 15 minutes I was pulled into the bay.
Jefferson explained all the things to me they were doing. He was extremely friendly (like Chad was) and kept a good conversation going so waiting wasn’t so awkward! Before I even knew it, my car was done.

I think my favorite part was that I didn’t even need to get out of my car. As a disabled person I can’t get in and out easily in the bay. So being able to sit and watch as they worked on the vehicle was nice.

They told me every single thing wrong with my car. Even the little stuff! They didn’t try to strong arm me into things I didn’t need but alerted me to things I may need down the line.

Price was awesome for everything they did! I even needed a new gasket for my oil something or other. They didn’t charge me extra.

The way the team worked together was effortlessly! Everyone kept busy and had a hand in keeping the line moving. I wish I could name everyone I saw, but for sure Jefferson, Chad, Miguel, Mathew, Theo and George. They were great at keeping busy and keeping people moving.

I will definitely be back. Great job guys!

Wow! Nordstrom service at an oil change? Love this place. You don't even get out of your car. They remove your cabin filter right in front of you so you can see if you need changed. Mine was filthy. Super friendly and professional staff. I discovered this place when I had a real estate listing right around the corner, it's not the closest to my home, but I continue to go back here as it's the best oil change experience I've had, every time. Keep up the great work!

The staff took me for my oil change even though there was only a few minutes before close. They were friendly and concise with everything they were doing. They pointed out that I had a nail in my tire which made sense on why I kept loosing air so frequently. This is definitely my favorite place to go when it comes to oil changes and standard work for my car..thank you for the professionalism and quick service

If I could give zero stars I would… I went to Valvoline for an oil change while I was on a trip. Everything seemed fine until I discovered a HEAVY oil leak after driving nearly 600 miles back home.

When I took my vehicle to my local Volkswagen dealership for inspection, they found that Valvoline had installed the wrong oil drain plug. By that point, oil had leaked extensively underneath my vehicle. The dealership had to degrease and power wash the underside of my car due to the severity of the leak before completing the necessary repairs.

Less than a month after paying nearly $400 at Valvoline, I had to spend an additional $500 at Volkswagen for diagnostics, cleanup, and another oil change to correct the issue.

To make matters worse, my battery died the same day I received service at Valvoline. While their complimentary diagnostic check indicated everything was fine, that experience only added to my concerns about the accuracy and reliability of their inspections.

When I contacted Valvoline to file a claim, I was told that because I had the problem repaired elsewhere, they would not reimburse me for the costs caused by their mistake. I am extremely disappointed with both the workmanship and the way this situation was handled.

When you trust a company to perform routine maintenance on your vehicle, you expect the job to be done correctly and safely. An oil change is one of the most basic services a shop provides, and mistakes like this can lead to serious engine damage if not caught in time. Not only did this cost me hundreds of dollars, but it also completely undermined my trust in Valvoline’s service and customer support. Customers should not have to bear the financial burden of correcting an error made by the very company they trusted to maintain their vehicle.

I had a great experience getting my oil changed here. Jefferson was professional, friendly, and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and correctly. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s hard to find good customer service these days, but Jefferson definitely delivered. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others
