Alex made what can usually be a stressful process feel easy and actually enjoyable. He helped my mom and her best friend (Basically my aunt) find the perfect cars, and from start to finish he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure they were both comfortable and confident in their decisions.
He never came across as pushy, took the time to answer every question (Even months after buying!) and made sure they understood all of their options. It’s clear he values honesty and building trust- which is rare in general, let alone in sales!
