As many others have stated - RES treats it's vendors and employees terribly. As a vendor - RES has refused to pay in a timely manner and does not pay the full invoice.

Our experience with this company was unfortunately disappointing, particularly for a smaller customer like us. I feel bad for the employees here, who seem overworked and stretched impossibly thin. Here are the key points:

Communication: Response times were extremely slow, with emails and requests often going unanswered for weeks, even after multiple follow-ups.

Event Planning: Pre-event project management and communication was lacking, which made preparation challenging.

Pricing: We later discovered their markup on event services was approximately 35% higher than industry average, eating up tens of thousands of our budget that could've been spent on marketing opportunities.

Contract Issues: When we decided to end our relationship, there were complications in retrieving our property. We were required to sign indemnification documents and make upfront payments before they would even schedule a move out date. This created a delay of several months.

Positive Note: Johnny, who managed our property on the show floor, was exceptional. His above-and-beyond service was a bright spot in our experience and the sole reason RES does not get a 1-star review.

For smaller businesses not spending millions, I would recommend researching other vendors who might offer more proactive and responsive service, and truly partner with you. Your experience may differ, but these were the challenges we faced.

Truck drivers need to check in at the back of the building. Maneuver could be a little tight if there's other trucks parked. Restrooms are only at the front office and no overnight parking on the premise.

Clients and Vendors, please use caution when proceeding with any business arrangements with RES Exhibits. RES has built a reputation of failing to pay vendors in a timely and ethical manner. They are non-responsive, unethical, and difficult to work with. I encourage you to avoid any business arrangement terms that do not require 100% payment terms upfront.
