Andrew from Home Helpers is phenomenal! Our recent experience with his company was extremely positive. We contacted Home Helpers to arrange for a CNA to assist a family member to cerebrate her birthday, and Andrew immediately went into action.

He quickly secured a CNA (Christal), personally met her and introduced her to our family member. He even stayed onsite to ensure that everything went smoothly and that our family member was safely transported to our event.

Andrew’s caring, compassion, and attentive follow-up helped make our family gathering truly special. The CNA was also exceptional—professional, committed, and dedicated to excellence in every aspect of her role. On a different day we needed another CNA and again Andrew provided an excellent person named Selenia.

We will absolutely be using Andrew’s company in the future and highly recommend Home Helpers to anyone in need of similar services.

My sister and I were recommended to Andrew by Susan the Social Worker at Winter Garden rehab, for care for another sister who was at the rehab. Andrew met us at the rehab to meet my sister for a consultation and we all discussed the care we were looking for and to get to know about Home Helpers. We wanted to take my sister to my house for a few hours to celebrate her birthday. Andrew was able to get someone in just a days notice. My sister was picked up from the rehab by Access Lynx and came to my house. What really impressed me was that Andrew came to my house to meet the care taker Christal to introduce us to her, rather than her coming herself. Christal was amazing and took great care of my sister. Another time my sister was coming out of the Rehab for a few hours to go to her house, and Andrew met the care taker Selenia at the rehab to introduce her to my sister. Selenia took my sister from the rehab to her house and then back again. She was amazing and took great care of my sister. I highly recommend Home Helpers to anyone looking for home health care for someone. Thank you Andrew for all you do with compassion and caring and for providing this service
