Not happy about the day I drove all the way from north of Delaware, Ohio to go to my confirmed appointment that I had already prepaid for to find out that they are closed down. I went in and noticed everything was dark but there were some ladies in the back talking and I hollered back saying I'm just letting you know I'm here. A lady I've never seen said she didn't know me and asked me who I saw and for what and I told her and she's like she's sorry but it's closed down now. She was there cleaning stuff up. I was like I prepaid my visits and I'm owed 200.00 then. She said she didn't know what to tell me but I could possibly see if Maddie was on Instagram. OK, I don't know them well enough to know their personal Instagram accounts to reach and spend time searching trying to locate someone. Why should I have to do that?! Days before my appointment is received a text to confirm my appointment. Never did I receive a text, email or call letting me know they closed or moved or whatever and I was very hurt that this happened and I pray I'm the only one this was done to. I've called one number and it hung up on me and the other number I left a voice mail telling them to please call me back that they owed me my refund but never a return call or text. I went on their website and wrote a message asking them to call me back about this and I received an email saying they received my message and someone would be reaching out to book my appointment but I never requested one. Ugh 😕

Medizen gets a 0. I was told i could do 1/2 a syringe now and 1/2 later (i wanted a full but because my lips were so thin) and when paying was told that wasn’t possible and to just “rebook” ( and spend hundreds of dollars more) later. No thanks! Not when there’s a multitude of med spas in the area. That’s just shady business to make more money.

Edit - since they responded. Telling a client a price and certain plans and then changing that after the procedure is done - is absolutely unethical and have no desire to come back. One day post procedure the only difference in my lips is they’re bruised - they’re back to how they looked beforehand. Regardless of how you want to spin it with you words a “sterile technique” - lying to get a client in the door and then changing your position is shady.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Morgan has been my esthetician for years and I always leave feeling like a new person. Her technique is unlike any other professional I’ve been to in the past, she sculpts my face and skin is GLOWING afterwards. She has such a calming presence and is the only person I trust with my skin! Not to mention Medizen uses some of the best products I’ve ever come across- the whole line is amazing. Book a facial with Morgan- you’ll thank me later!

I had my permanent makeup removal done using the Pico laser and couldn’t be more impressed. The nurse was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. She explained the entire process and what to expect, which helped ease any nerves I had. She made me feel as comfortable as possible during the procedure and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients.
