Me and my wife procrastinated on getting a trust done for quite some time. We used legal zoom as a stop gap knowing we needed an attorney to really get involved to make a legit trust. My wife found The Ebbert Law Firm and we met with Eric. We started from scratch and Eric presented information and solutions and adjusted to our needs. The Elbert Law Firm has been wonderful to work with. I live in another state, and my elderly parents, who live in TN, needed some help. There was an urgency to the matter and they were able to start on it right away, working remotely until we could get back into town to meet with them. We were struggling to find a solution to our issues with my Fathers Trust. Eric was able to give us a lot of viable information and directions to pursue. He even suggested an easier way that didn't need his services. To me that shows a true interest in the customer and doing what is right. My family and I needed a bit of legal counsel to see what steps, if any, we should take with a possible probate issue we have. I contacted several probate attorneys in the area. My husband and I had some legal questions. We called to make an appointment. Mr. Ebbert called my husband at home to discuss things first. After discussing things with us he said he could not help us because it involved a trust in another state. He took the time to explain things and give us guidance as to what to do. He couldn’t take our case but he took time to help us nonetheless.His kindness and guidance was so refreshing and much appreciated.
