We were actually planning to go with another storage company because they offered 24/7 access at a comparable, if not lower, price. But after working with Kenny, we completely changed our minds. His customer service was outstanding from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us find the best option for our needs. It’s rare to come across someone who makes such a positive impression that it changes your buying decision, but Kenny did exactly that. CubeSmart is lucky to have him, and I highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for storage!

They overcharge and under delivered. Poor service. Facilities are not great. We paid for a whole other month and they removed our access for some stupid reason.

Edit: If you actually care then you have my number. Call me. Dont post platitudes on my review. Your facility is a rip off.

Absolutely GREAT customer service. That young man had the best manners, better than my own children. Storage room was clean and the temperature is the best I have ever seen. I chose the correct place for storage. I will recommend them to anyone that needs a spot.

Melanie was awesome, she made the whole process smooth and showed me many different units to help me figure out the size I needed. Very clean location and straight forward renting process.

So highly disappointed with the way this company works. When I called in and got a quote for a 5 by 10 non climate control unit over the phone I was quoted $50 a month. Come to find out when I walked into the facility they added insurance they made me buy their own lock and came out to be $66 a month. 4 or 5 months later they raised my rate to $78 a month and that is the point that I decided that the unit is more expensive than what it's worth. When I went to go close out my account they didn't buy back the bolt lock that's only good at their facilities or these types of locks and asked me to donate the lock back and not just use the lock again on another unit. I left because of all the hidden fees and not being upfront with the cost.
