I’ve ordered Venti Caramel Frappuccinos from this place twice. First time , I let it go. But I go a second time and it happened again. They put no coffee in it. They hand over milky white Frappuccinos. I’ve ordered caramel Frappuccinos before from other Starbucks , it’s always a nice tan color. You can taste the coffee , they are well made. The barista at this location needs more training. Once I told them to remake it in a nice tone, they took it, remade it and it was the same color. White. I wasn’t going to argue, so we left. I won’t be going to this location anymore.

I have visited this location on several occasions. I want to give a super big shot out to Bri, she is exceptional and a great asset to your company. She is always kind and polite! She provides service excellence and always with a smile! She sets the bar high for the other staff members! She is the reason that we continue to visit this lication!

Cashier whoever she was around 11:00 am this day gave me the wrong total. 17 cents is different from 17 dollars. The young lady told me twice my total was 17 cents but my receipt shows different. She could have been more pleasant as well. Didn't realize the wrong total until after driving off because she affirmed it was 17 cents.

This was my first time at this location. The young lady by the name of Bri made my drink. She forgot my caramel drizzle, but she was very nice about it, she apologized and remade the drink and oh my God when I tell you, this was the best match I have ever tasted I mean she made it just right. Her customer service was amazing. I will definitely be back. We need more barista‘s like Bri good job girlie.

I found this location yesterday, Saturday. Even though I live in Cedar Hill I didn't know this location existed and I needed somewhere to work that wasn't at home. This was the perfect spot. I was able to work on my book for a couple of hours and have a cup of coffee and enjoy the scenery. This location is beautiful. All the employees were very kind. The location was quiet. I even met a nice gentleman while he was working, had casual conversation in between both of us working. I'm sure I'll be back again when I need another place to get this book completed other than being at home. I didn't have food I just ordered a medium regular coffee to perk me up to get the edits done. Let's just say the coffee was doing what it needed to do.. thanks for a great experience..
