I called several other Foundation people to do work for me they were all no shows I called level best and Darrel showed up the next day gave me what I believe was a fair quote the first time second time and third time they are now on my fourth project and I believe they have the best crew around. Everybody was so easy to work with. I would recommend level best to anybody that needs foundation repair they are top notch.

I hold a warranty from a seller that provided it under false pretenses. The seller knew the warranty was voided due to a previous leak.

Level Best came out free of charge to check the level. They are also paying for a plumber to do a leak test. They have told me how to reinstate the warranty. And they didnt try to sell me anything.

I haven’t directly used their services, so I consider this outstanding service before I’ve spent a dime with them to be absolutely amazing and extremely rare.

I will definitely use them and refer them.

During a real estate transaction, the buyer sent Level Best to examine our foundation. They determined that it needed repair and we were off-level exceeding 1 inch. Skeptical of this, we hired an independent structural engineering company, Greenworks, to come do their own independent foundation inspection. An unbiased, structural engineer, determined and recommended that no foundational repair or leveling was needed and we were in tolerance. If you are seeking a foundation inspection, I would get a second opinion because clearly the Level Best estimates were way off. My ears perked up skeptically as soon as they started talking about the Builders Warranty 5 min into the visit, and the fact that the home was under 10 years in age. Please shop around, or make sure to engage a structural engineering company first.

Had Darrel over today to look at my foundation and do an inspection.
He had inspected 2 of my neighbors houses and they needed repairs and used This company.
So I called Darrel and he was great, very transparent, professional and on time.
He looked over my house, took all the appreciate measurements to gauge what I was concerned about and explained the results.
He was clear , concise and let me know how to prevent foundation problems i might have in the future
Thankfully, it wasn't as bad as I thought but the great aspect is.... Darrel didn't try to sell me on a project that wasn't needed.
In areas must of us don't know much about, it was nice to have an honest rep and company to come by and check things out.
Highly recommend plus my neighbors were very happy with Level Best and Darrel, they completed job and when done, you couldn't tell they were they
