Jan most recently helped me with the purchase of a condo in Denver. This is my 4th transaction with her. As in the past, Jan was efficient, patient and incredibly helpful to me. This particular purchase had some complications on my end with my downpayment. Throughout the transaction and challenges, Jan was fabulous to work with. I'm absolutely sure both agents involved in the would agree that her communication was exceptional, and she was enjoyable to work with!

Jan was simply wonderful to work with! She was both professional and personable in guiding me through the mortgage loan process, and made the experience much less intimidating...and even fun! I’m so glad my friend referred me to Jan when I was looking for a lender!! My mom owned a mortgage company when I was young, so I have high expectations with lenders since I practically grew up in the mortgage industry. Jan’s knowledge of lending products, her experience as a seasoned professional, and her customer service skills really make her an exceptional loan officer. She was always available when I had questions, needed her to send a lender letter for an offer I was submitting at 8 PM on a Saturday, or even to call a seller’s agent to add strength to that offer in this highly competitive sellers’ market. I never waited more than an hour to hear back from her, regardless of time or day I contacted her. She patiently answered my many questions, guided me through the mortgage process, and genuinely advised me on what she felt was best *for me* when I was looking at properties, dealing with a deficient appraisal, and choosing a loan product. I will not hesitate to refer friends and family to Jan. I’m really excited about working with her again on future transactions, because I know she truly has my best interests at heart and it will be a seamless process that is as stress free as it gets.

I met Jan during a not-so-fun time in my life, during which I needed to purchase a house, fast. She was professional, extremely knowledgeable and was able to get the job done, as well as being very helpful with situations beyond her responsibility. This was during December and January; I am grateful to report that I did not end up on the street, mainly thanks to Jan!

I continue to keep in touch with Jan, and rely on her expertise in related matters, such as refinancing. And I am blessed to call her a friend, as well. I wholeheartedly recommend working with Jan for mortgage needs!
