I don’t recommend this bank. I applied for a loan and they ran my credit and then silence for a few months. Not a call, not an email, not anything. Then I get a letter in the mail almost 3 months after applying and it says it was an automatic decline and wasn’t even considered because my credit score isn’t a 700 or above. Well you need to have that on your loan page that a 700 or more is a requirement because no where does it say it but I still have to deal with the hard inquiry and was left wondering for months and I was in immediate need. Had to find the money elsewhere and don’t recommend this bank at all. I had considered opening an account here but I don’t think I’d want to now because they probably wouldn’t let me anyway since I don’t meet their credit standards I guess.

All the people who recommended this bank to me and said they would probably help me were wrong and I’m going to let them know that this happened so they don’t recommend you anymore.

I’m not mad really but I’m just more or less frustrated to begin with. There’s definitely a lack of communication between the staff here and the customers. I’m a person that once a bank helps me I make every point to do business with them for stuff but now this one will be taken off my list.

I’d be willing to reconsider if the bank would work something out for me but I’m not sure if we would be able to work anything out because I’m currently in the market for a credit card but seeing as I don’t have a 700 score they probably wouldn’t work with me on that at all. If they will though then I’d be open to hearing what they could offer and I’d be willing to change my review and rating. And like I said I’m not mad and honestly I didn’t want to write this review so I will hear any options out. But maybe next time a simple phone call or email or something would be helpful. I felt like I was a nothing to this bank which is not a good thing and not how a potential customer should feel.

It feels like customer service definitely needs some work. I hope this review will maybe encourage better customer service.
