I have to say, Moh is the best person I could recommend for HVAC services. He didn’t just fix our combi boiler—he truly went above and beyond. After the repair, he followed up to make sure everything was perfect. It felt like he was doing it for his own home—he really cares, and he is very fair and most genuine person I’ve ever met. I can’t recommend him enough!

Moh and his crew did an excellent job on our heat pump installation.

We had an existing heat pump, which at 18 years old, was not performing as needed any longer. From consultation we found out that the refrigerant was low and there was likely a leak in the system. Furthermore, the refrigerant used in the unit was no longer used because it was not ozone friendly and was expensive to obtain.

After I received a quote and did some due diligence, I decided to replace the unit. Installation was very good and Moh worked with us to optimize the system performance.

Quote was very reasonable and Moh even added some labor warranty to the quote, which already came with 10 year parts warranty from the distributor. Although I wish labour warranty was standard with the quote as it is with larger companies, the price difference more than made up the difference.

Unit works great and I’m looking forward to cool summers from now on without the use of small portable AC units.

I would recommend this company for any installation.

Recommended by a friend, Belcarra Mechanical proved an excellent choice for a furnace installation. Moh arrived, took measurements of the vents, asked questions about number of registers, sq. ft of floor space, took pictures of the furnace space and pre-existing sheet metal work and gave recommendations on various furnace models. Moh then sent a detailed quote for furnace and installation costs based on our needs. He very patiently explained options on furnace models available and the furnace BTU requirements for the house size. What stood out for us was the 1 yr. labour warranty, showing they stood behind their work. Having had less professional contractors in, either installing or servicing the old furnace, this was a clincher for us. Other companies confused estimates and quotes thinking them interchangeable (quotes are legally binding), had someone give a quick look and a less detailed quote with a high-end model within 10 minutes of leaving without ever asking any questions.
Arber & Hussain were friendly and professional in their set up, removal of the old furnace and in their installation - they clearly worked well together and the work went smoothly. Arber even made minor changes for the placement of the water pump that was a great improvement. There was great communication for every step of the way, so we were always informed of the what and whys.

I called Moh for my annual maintenance. He came the same week and found that my furnace heat exchanger was cracked. He looked into the warranty and managed to get a new part for free, and put it in the next day. Very happy with the service and will be calling him for all my HVAC needs.

I recently had Moh from Belcarra Mechanical come to my strata unit to complete a biennial service and inspection of my unit's gas fireplace. I'd used another company in the past several times, and thought they were the best. I'd also used some providers that were absolute garbage. HOWEVER, Moh at Belcarra is actually BETTER than the best!! He did a very thorough disassembly of my fireplace to check everything out, discussed his observations with me, cleaned it thoroughly including the glass (which now sparkles), and checked for gas and CO leaks very carefully, multiple times when the fireplace was off, on, the fan component running, etc. It looks incredible and is running beautifully and most importantly, safely. Belcarra's pricing is on par with OR better than most other providers out there, BUT you get so much more from Moh for the price. Some providers charge far more, for about 5 minutes of crappy service that most customers wouldn't really appreciate as being "inadequate", especially the safety inspection components. Moh was there for almost an hour, and although it was late in his long day, he did not rush and was incredibly tidy and respectful in the home. Lovely person, great service. I can't recommend Moh and Belcarra more highly. Call him!

Moe provided exceptional service! He was friendly, professional, and thorough from start to finish. Our fireplace needed cleaning and repair because the pilot light had stopped working. Moe quickly diagnosed the problem and scheduled a follow-up appointment for the repair. During the visit, he not only fixed the issue but also cleaned and painted the inside of the fireplace. It now looks better than new, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

The entire team was fantastic, from pre-project options with honest, straightforward answers, to being efficient and clean when delivering the project - everything went as planned. The best part about the team was their flexibility, I met with other HVAC partners before choosing Moh and his team, and they all had rigid options of 'their way', even if it wasn't ideal for our house, but the team at Belcarra Mechanical worked with us to design a solution that was fit to our house and ended up being the best system - both performance-wise and aesthetically.

I told Moh I had an emergency gas leak. He told me he would be there around 1:00. 11:00 there was a knock on the door. Now that is great service.
He changed the bad valve and re-lit our appliances and turned the gas back on.
We have a 50 year old Lennox furnace.
We decided it needed to be change out.
I'm just waiting for a quote from Moh but I definitely will use BELLCARA for the install

I contacted Belcarra Mech. about a repair for a home colling unit. I was impressed with how quickly they responded and the extra effort to not only attend our house quickly, but also diagnosing the issue and finding a way to complete the repair as quickly as possible. We had a furnace and A/C unit serviced. Belcarra Mechanical came and did a great job explaining everything that they worked on. The furnace hadn’t been serviced for a few years and it a little more work to get it clean. Would recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

I am extremely happy with the services Belcarra Mechanical has provided in the last few months. They replaced the heat exchanger in the furnace, serviced and added a remote to the fireplace and replaced the water heater. I have been highly impressed by Moe's knowledge, professionalism, and level of customer service. I initially found his business card in my parents' building and took a picture of it just in case. It turned out to be a wise decision. When I called Moe to have a look at my parents' fireplace and perform the annual maintenance, he responded promptly and arrived quickly to provide the service. The work he completed met my expectations for a job well done, so I decided to book him for the service of my own fireplace, which I hadn't initially planned for this year. I am delighted that I made that choice. Firstly, it was long overdue, and besides, he did an outstanding job. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation I had with Moe while he was working. He's a really nice fellow.
