Immediate removal of my personal information required – I no longer work for this company
I am writing again to demand the immediate and complete removal of all of my personal information from this listing and any related advertising.
I resigned from Chase on 10/21/25. As of 11/17/25 my NMLS number is no longer associated with Chase. The phone number listed is my personal cell phone, not a business line. Continuing to display my name, photo, NMLS number, and personal cell number is inaccurate, misleading to consumers, and constitutes unauthorized use of my personal information.
I am still receiving calls from people who believe I work for Chase because of this listing. This must stop.
Please remove immediately:
• My name
• My personal cell phone number
• My photo
• My NMLS number
• Any other personal data associated with me
Thank you for your immediate attention.

Remove my information immediately. I voluntarily resigned from Chase on 10/21/25, it is now 11/17/25 - my NMLS number is no longer registered to Chase. Please remove my personal cell phone, data, picture, NMLS number immediately. I no longer represent Chase- this is deceptive advertising. I am still receiving calls from consumers thinking I work for Chase from finding my phone number on advertising platforms.
