Great folks. Neal and his assistant were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Found a few probs with the circuit breaker to my mini split and did. Find job correcting the issue. Service was excellent!

I was very impressed with the work that Richard performed. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I was disappointed that the system needed repair again since a different Sky Blue technician fixed it only 9 months ago. I would expect the repair to last longer and be covered under some type of short term guarantee.

The process from start to finish was amazing. Robin was amazing in the office. Tyler and Neal were just as amazing. They were there on time, very professional and explained everything as they did the work and then afterwards also. I would highly recommend Sky Blue to anyone and everyone.

This was, by far, the best HVAC service experience I’ve ever had! I wanted to get my heater serviced before the storm came in… Matt showed up as promised to service my “antique” unit and did not try to upsell me on anything! I thought for sure my bill was going to be much higher than what their advertised February special was, but it was not a penny more! He took his time in doing a complete inspection, went over everything with me afterwards, and I could not have been happier! His attention to detail, honesty and patience will have me calling them back every year but probably much sooner to update my entire system. So happy I found Sky Blue—- BELIEVE THE 5 star REVIEWS, they’ve earned them!

This was one of the best and most thoughtful companies I've had the pleasure of being a customer of, since my time in the white mountains- over 25 years! They were polite, prompt, thoughtful and kind. Jack was helpful and cheerful. He explained things and took the time to do the job right. I wish more service companies would learn from them. I won't ever use anyone else for HVAC again!

I needed someone to do an inspection of my furnace due to an unusual noise when it came on. I contacted Sky Blue H&C of Eagar and was able to make an appointment for the following Thursday. George showed up as scheduled and did a complete inspection and cleaning of the unit. He found the part that was causing the unusual noise and a few other parts that will need to be replaced. George gave me an estimate for the cost of repairs. I was very pleased with the prompt and courteous service I received from Sky Blue H&C. George, btw, has extensive experience in HVAC r&r.

I had sky Blue out for an estimate on a new furnace this month. Ryan came out and explained the process and options. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I had amazing communication from Connie at the office. Professional, prompt and answered all my questions. She is just fantastic. Install was October 27. Between 8-9. They crew arrived on time. Tyler and Lance were so kind and courteous. I can not say enough good things about these two young men. They worked from 0845 until 415. Cleaned everything up. Went thru the working parts of my new furnace. Explained the unit would smell for the first few minutes that it ran. Warned me that it would be a bit of a noisy unit. That was true. Nothing louder than the old one. Eagle came out next. He throughly checked their work and asked if I was informed on how it works. He shared the same information that Tyler had taught me. I honestly would rate this company higher than a "5".
I would recommend them as the BEST!

My entire experience with Sky Blue Heating and Cooling has been exceptional. From setting up the initial appointment to get an estimate (thank you Jack - my horses appreciated the apples) to completion of a furnace, ac and heat pump installation. Great communication and follow up at every step. Everyone was knowledgeable and took the time to really listen and answer my questions. The technicians that completed the install were hardworking, professional and focused. Not once did I see any of them checking messages or making a call on their cell phones. They worked an incredibly long day with no complaints. Thank you Jack, Tyler, Richard and Lance.

Amazing crew, did great work on a difficult retrofit into a renovating old house. Lead installer, Neal, was super knowledgeable and made many of the necessary adjustments to parts on site. Office staff has been nothing but easy to work with. Not the cheapest of the quotes we got on this job, but I felt confident in the quality of the work and the systems I was going to get and Sky Blue surpassed it. Absolutely pleased with the service and the attention to detail in the installation.

I’ve worked with Sky Blue a few times and they have always delivered excellent service. Joel showed up on time and did an amazing job servicing and inspecting my 18 year old unit. His suggestions were spot on and he really knows what he’s doing. Thanks to the Sky Blue team, especially Joel and the lady who answered the phone, calling me by name prior to asking, was a nice touch too. They got me scheduled in 24 hours. Straight up Rockstars!
