Reuben Clark Jr., an influential lawyer and author who served as U.S. ambassador to Mexico and as counselor in the First Presidency of the Church. The school's state-of-the-art Howard W. Hunter Law Library contains more than 330,000 volumes. The Law School has a three-year program that enrolls approximately 450 students (150 new students are admitted annually, selected from 1,500 to 2,000 applicants).
