Have to say, I am extremely pleased with the roofing job done by Jay Carter. The low slope and numerous valleys of my roof presented challenges. The roofing team was very skilled and seemed to have pride in their work. Alex, the project manager, went above and beyond to ensure I was totally pleased with the work done. Talked with Jay directly and he was very accommodating to make things right. He went out of his way to personally look after all the issues and address the poor service. He let me know that the person that looked after all these items no longer works there. Nice to know he did what was needed to keep up the excellent service that he had before.
2 guys came out today, worked on removing the old caulking and replaced it. Took their time and looks 1000% better! You can tell they had a lot of expertise and were true craftsman as they explained exactly what they were going to do and managed my expectations. They were very respectful and did an outstanding job that exceeded my expectations.
Glad to know that Jay Carter Roofing is back with excellent client service and workmanship. I would again highly recommend them for your installation and any follow up services.

Update review Jan 2025.
Not sure what happened to Jay Carter roofing. Poor service with months taken to get any response. I provide a deposit to have a maintenance check on my metal roof after 5 years from installation. Had to follow up several times before one guy came out and ran his drone for 5 min over roof. Never got a report or my money back.
Had a metal roof put on my shed to match my house. This was done pretty good with a few issues that were never fixed. The caulking done looked like a 3 year old did it. Complained and never got fixed. Had an issue with a leak on my bathroom vent that resulted in water damage in my bathroom. Even though it was promised after months of follow up. It still has not been done and I used another company to fix it.
They install pretty good but if you need any follow up on issues, forget it.

After the most recent wind storm where I lost part of my roof shingles, it was very comforting to call them and to hear the words "we will look after you". Very professional and completed all work as promised.

Jay Carter Roofing does awesome work ! High quality! Strong work Ethic. Such specialized knowledge and superior skills. I still can't figure how Jay Carter Roofing figured out the trick to make all of these standing-seam roofs come together to a clean hip cap end point ... aircraft engineering? ...sorcery? ...magical? mythical mastery of techniques? ... trade secrets? Whatever the answer, this roof is superb. I love it! More joy than my first born! More hapiness than first solo flight! Jay Carter Roofing delivers. I'm getting Jay Carter Roofing for all of my future metal roofing jobs.
