As a realtor team, we represented a first time home buyer. We found Robbie to be fantastic to work with. From our very first meeting, he made time for us and our client to ask as many questions as we had and tour the property even though it was Friday and probably past their office hours. Throughout the process he was accessible and on top of every part of the transaction. We highly recommend the Charter process.

Great family neighborhood with a strong sense of community. We received exceptional care and responsiveness from Michael at the home store throughout the process. We also highly recommend Kacie, who built our home; she was professional, attentive, and great to work with. Overall, we are very happy. Any small concerns that came up were addressed promptly and efficiently. We highly recommend both the community and the builder and could not say more positive things about our experience.

Lauren and I have had such a positive experience so far working with Michael, he truly is a wonderful brand ambassador for Charter homes! Michael is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and just a joy to work with! Can't wait to move into Brookvue later this year!

We’re excited about moving into our new home at Brookevue by Charter. Robbie and the Charter team have been great to work with, guiding us through all the steps along the way. The contractors are knowledgeable and very responsive to questions . The construction is going fast , holding to then time line quoted. The neighborhood will be great. Looking forward to meeting the neighbors and making new friends . If you’re looking for a new neighborhood in Cranberry that has easy access to major highways and conveniently located to everything, I’d recommend Brookevue by Charter.
