Great experience! Jeff and his team was very understanding and helpful when I needed to switch apartments due to the layout. One of the maintenance guys even saw me moving my mattress by myself and came over to help. Everyone has been great, and I truly appreciate the service. I hope they continue treating their residents this well!

Absolutely would not recommend renting a top floor apartment at Kimberly Club. The air conditioners do not keep up with the outside temperatures during the summer and management refuses to do anything about it.

Reply to owners response: Thank you for responding. To clarify, the thermostat is set to 67°F because the apartment continues to warm throughout the morning, afternoon and evening despite the air conditioner running continuously. The 71°F reading referenced was taken at 3:00 PM; the temperature continued rising later in the day and reached 76°F yesterday while the A/C was still running and set at 67.

I appreciate the offer of a temporary air-conditioning unit. My concern, however, is whether the permanent A/C system serving the apartment is operating properly and is capable of adequately cooling the unit during normal summer conditions. I would prefer that the system be professionally evaluated rather than relying on a temporary supplemental unit.

I have included a photo of the current temperature in my apartment. The high temps in davenport iowa this week are also pictured as well. The thermostat has been set to 67°F all day, and the A/C has not shut off all day. I also went to Home Depot and purchased blackout curtains at my own expense, per the office's recommendation for helping keep the apartment cool.

I guess the expectation for third-floor residents is to live with the curtains closed all summer if they want the A/C to keep up.

I haven’t officially moved in yet, but the leasing process was smooth and easy. The leasing team answered all my questions and made the application process entirely stress free. Looking forward to moving into my new apartment very soon!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I truly enjoyed living here and honestly don’t want to leave, but unfortunately I’m moving to a different city for work. This apartment community has been an amazing place to live.

The staff is always friendly, professional, and very helpful. One thing I really appreciated was how fast the maintenance team responded — usually everything was fixed within 20 minutes! That level of service is hard to find.

The area is also very quiet, safe, and peaceful, which made living here even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed apartment community.

I stayed at Kimberly Club Apartments for three years and had a consistently positive experience. The units are spacious, well‑designed, and comfortable for long‑term living. Maintenance was reliable—most requests were handled within a day or two, and the team was always professional. The community is friendly, the neighborhood feels safe, and the indoor swimming pool is a great bonus. Overall, a dependable and comfortable place to live.
