I had a couple key blanks for my car that I got with a couple fobs I ordered. They cut them for $14 but they didn't work and they figured out that they didn't work because the key blanks didn't match my original key's design. They refused to refund the $14 charge for cutting them which took all of a couple minutes. Now I can't return the key blanks because they are cut so I am also out another $16. I don't know how a " Locksmith " that picks out key blanks all day long to cut keys is unable to verify the key blanks match the master key before cutting them and then just blame it on the " not a Locksmith " customer that came to them to do the work because they do the stuff for a living and are supposed to know what they are doing. As an Equipment Tech I work on equipment all day long and being that my job, I verify parts are correct before installing them and don't just blame vendors if I get incorrect or bad parts while just blindly installing them and costing the customers time and money. It would have cost Keys Plus $0 to have stood behind their work and show some professionalism and ethics. Thank goodness it only cost me $30 to find out who not to use when it comes to locksmith work that is actually complex or important. No ethics, no professionalism, no proficiency in their trade, no bueno!

Crummy customer service and didn't even want to attempt to help me. Instead made me sit around for a half hour and then asked me if I would prefer to make an appointment. I will probably never do business with this company again.

used this place once for vw key, and i had no problem. but don't bring them 2 different keys to make or they will cut the wrong key like this. take them one at a time, apparently they can't keep things straight.

Stopped into a local business to get copies Albuquerque and Zachary was kind enough to make the copies. This local business provides many services as you will see in the pictures provided. They now have added a cute little waiting area with coffee pot and civil service area for customers in case you need to wait.
