There is only one parking spot per apartment, doesn’t matter if yours is 2b/2ba. There are no mailboxes so you have to go to the post office, which is annoying because 1. you have until 5 PM to pick it up. 2. some Amazon packages will only deliver to the post office. There is no trash removal service but you also aren’t allowed to leave your trash bag outside your door to take out in the morning. You have to fight for a good parking spot. Walls are very thin you can hear almost everything. No elevators. Apartments look like they were made very fast so there are cosmetic errors around the apartments. Running hot water lasts about 9 minutes. There’s also a weird people watcher that lives here. Careful having a visitor without getting permission first because their car WILL be towed the following morning, which isn’t ideal if it’s a last minute plan because they close the office early. When air filters were getting replaced about a month ago or so, the man who knocked about two times couldn’t wait any longer for me to get out of bed to open the door so they busted on in on ME a WOMAN putting her ROBE ON. Would not have happened if there was an actual set time instead of a range of 4 hours. I have a 1bed1bath 642 sq.ft, and pay $2,195 + utilities + internet. In the end, yes they don’t care about credit, but the quality of the apartments reflect that…

If I could give them a 0 I would. Brand new apartment complex with 0 customer service experience. Pay $130 for background check and they don’t do a thorough check they use a middle man so they say. Worst experience ever dealing with an apartment complex. Won’t even give us our denial letter. Which is illegal. Be careful their scammers. Only allowed one parking space for a 1 bedroom can’t even pay an additional fee for another one. 2 adults can live in a one bedroom with 2 cars. Good luck with that 👍

I recently moved to this complex, the staff is beyond amazing. Every single member of their staff is just very friendly, they help you through the process from beginning to end, they offer an app so you can request service, make payments etc. It is extremely convenient and easy. Building is new and very quiet and clean. So far i have had a great experience with them.

Looking at apartments with a friend and have to say great new refreshing look in west Hialeah. Laura and Delvis helped us with all the leasing information to lease an apartment and guided us on a tour of the one and two bedroom models at Ecco Loft. Great access to the palmetto expressway and shopping nearby.
