Erik is incredible. He did both our engagement shoot and our wedding day. He makes you feel like you’ve known him forever. I can’t count how many wedding guests commented, “Who’s your photographer? We love him!” He’s so funny and makes everyone comfortable, and also takes the most beautiful shots. When he has an idea for a photo, you can count on a magical result.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better wedding photographer! From the very beginning, Erik was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. He was so flexible with our schedule and happily traveled with us to different locations so we could capture a variety of beautiful scenes throughout the day.

What truly stood out was how much time and care Erik took to make sure every special moment was captured perfectly. He never made us feel rushed and made the entire experience feel relaxed and natural. His calm and positive energy helped us feel comfortable in front of the camera, which really shows in the photos.

Erik was the photographer for my son’s recent wedding. I had not met him prior to the wedding. In short, I thought he was outstanding in all respects. He was polite, attentive and always seemed to be in the right place at the right time to capture the moment. At the end of the reception, and hours of watching Erik at work, I was so impressed that I asked him to make sure I got a link so that I could leave a review (which I seldom do) for his efforts. And lastly, the pics were as hoped, excellent!!!

For a photographer we picked almost exclusively on the basis of a single chairlift photo on Brighton ski resorts Instagram I don’t think we could have been happier.

Erik is friendly, outgoing, and easy to work with. Send him a Pinterest page and he’s got your back. Almost literally considering he got on his back on the concrete for a photo TWICE!

Erik got all the critical classics as well as the unexpected snapshots of the decor, the main table, the food, and the landscape. He got us some great candids that really showed off the wild and fun vibe of the night. Even a photo of all the groomsmen ooing and ahhing at a stream of fish. We had a ski bum classic shot ski and he easily balanced reception photos while keeping an eye on the ski.

I cannot recommend him enough!

Erik was an outstanding photographer! Not only did he get the photos I requested but everyone adored him! He was able to direct people for every photo, was professional but very funny, and had different angles to give us a good variety. The photos were returned very quickly and looked absolutely stunning! He captured the emotion perfectly for every shot without interrupting or even being noticed. He was very accommodating for multiple needs and stayed in contact the entire time. I highly recommend him for any event, he has a magnificent eye and talent.

Erik is AMAZING. My Husband and I searched and searched for a photographer - as soon as we saw his work we knew we NEEDED him to photograph our wedding. He captured the candid and posed moments, but also had the most artistic eye. We love the way he plays with shadows and lighting.
Erik has a knack for capturing the details, finding spectacular light and editing to perfection.
He had fantastic communication leading up to the wedding. On the day of the wedding he got every single shot we requested ~ and more ~ & fit right in with our wedding party. He even inconspicuously reminded our officiant to ask the audience to be seated during the ceremony. He found a beautiful first look location for us on site, and pulled us aside for some sunset photos in the most wonderful light during the reception. I would hire him over and over again.

Short answer: Erik is incredible and I would highly recommend!

For those who do care:

My fiance and I have never had our pictures professionally taken, and I have always been so hesitant to because in front of a camera my fiance and I are the most awkward individuals...

I am SO SO SO glad that Erik was the one to break the seal for us. He made us feel so incredibly comfortable, and told us what to do, but never made it seem posed!

My favorite pictures are always the candid ones, because I hate posed smiles, and he just perfectly captured those mid-laugh smiles and sweet moments...

Also, he let us bring our dog! Which was a major deal to me, because my fiance proposed to me with our little pup, so I really wanted to get some engagement pictures with him.

We hadn't had a wedding photographer picked yet, but we will without a doubt use Erik.

You will not regret using him!
