I was unsure about getting a roof repair, but the crew from Marc Nano Roofing Protection gave me the best experience I’ve had in months. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and kept the price surprisingly fair. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding and the team was professional and courteous from start to finish. I appreciated how punctual they were and how clean they left the site. We also eecided to do a roof rejuvenation treatment to extend the life of our shingles. I would definitely recommend this roofing contractor to anyone needing residential roofing work.

We own a 1.5 story 'A' frame house in Wallaceburg, ON, that we purchased in the fall of 2020. The roof shingles were in good shape being 13 years old as a replacement roof. However, the five (5) box vents of plastic polyethylene construction installed near the roof apex were in bad shape and damaged by aggressive squirrel attacks over the years trying to gain access into the attic. Also the back wall gable vent of wood louver construction was severely compromised by squirrels. As part of the repair project, all box vents were replaced with high quality metal GAF Master Flow, the back wall gable vent replaced with a new framed durable hard plastic one, and a new metal GAF Master Flow, 4" gooseneck vent installed for a future top floor bathroom installation and for the bathroom exhaust fan. A full NuRoof spray treatment was applied to rejuvenate the roof shingles. The roof surface area is approximately 1,700 sq. ft. Roof repair and NuRoof treatment was done in a very orderly and qualified manner. I highly recommend Marc Nano and his support crew for the professional services rendered for this project.

I was very impressed with Marc Nano Roofing Protection. They provided a fair and complete estimate, contacted me as promised and provided various ways to keep me informed- by messaging, email, phone contact and in-person visits. Marc was always kind, prompt and personal in his responses. I felt informed about the product and the process. They (Marc and his team) arrived on time, worked efficiently and kept me informed throughout the roof repair. Their professionalism and reliability made the whole process stress‑free. This sharing of information about product and procedure built a trust not often found in contractors who just want to get in and out. The crew was prompt and the job was completed satisfactorily. They took care to not overspray, kept me constantly in the loop, showed me pictures taken, had attention to detail and cleaned up afterwards. I appreciate the thorough roof refurbishment and the attention to detail. Paperwork was handled easily with receipts, the information about the product used, and the warranty. I would definitely recommend this roofing contractor and look forward to using them again for any future roof replacement or maintenance.

Marc did an amazing job installing gutter guards on my roof. He hand cleaned all the gutters before installation and went above and beyond, maintaining constant communication and providing pictures as he did the job. I also got to Marc on another day to fix up some fascia that fell off on a storm. Marc patched it up and pointed out other problem areas and properly screwed them down. When Marc was on the roof, he was able to fix a shingle that fell off and pointed out other issues with the roof that need some love.

Marc is awesome! Responded to my online inquiry promptly, very nice to talk with on the phone, and showed up to check out the job the next day. Above all that he inspected and completed the job on the same day. Very personable and easy to deal with, even went above and beyond to address a problem on my roof I hadn’t even noticed. If I ever have a need for roofing, gutter, concrete, or any other service Marc offers around my house he will definitely be my first call. Thanks again Marc!
