My sister is being moved today 4/24 to this facility we chose. When I called the number OLOL gave me, the rudest woman, Rachael, told me opposite of the story Abby told me. ABby was very kind and polite, and told me the patients when transferred there have phones in their room, and can call her family members.

Rachel, should not be answering the phone and talking with family members or the general public, with the unkind attitude of “we can’t tell you anything” and could give no specifics on how we could reach my sister at all. This is not the way to treat new patients and their family members, or to attract future business.

Ample parking, nice facility, had an issue and administrator, Val, called me back timely and addressed. Staff were very nice and educating.
