The doctor was so nice and communicative. I was a bit nervous to have this type of conversation with a stranger, but she made me feel so comfortable and secure. I was able to open myself with her and she looked very sure and prepared. All the stuff is nice, secretary and nurse included. Thank you so much.

Had a wonderful experience here! The entire process was smooth, quick, and really well organized. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made everything feel so easy from start to finish.

Dr. Keith was fantastic! He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I knew what to expect. I really appreciated how efficient the whole team was without making anything feel rushed.

Everything was handled professionally, and I was in and out much faster than I expected. Really grateful to Dr. Keith and the entire team for making the experience so pleasant. Highly recommend!

Great service, sometimes a bit spotty with calling in medication. I had Michael Lee Nelson, PA and he is great. Super efficient, great bedside manners, funny, and knowledgeable. I've had great experience with the nurses and staff as well since they are all quite friendly.

Allison Ensign was kind, helpful, and made me feel comfortable discussing my health concerns and the medications I needed. The providers at the BYU Student Health Center are so welcoming and truly want what’s best for you. I’m glad I found this place, and I plan to have my regular checkups and visits here from now on.

This place was great! I am turning in my mission papers so I need to go to the doctor. I scheduled an appointment the same day I went, the availability is amazing. I chose Dr. Michael Nelson and he was fantastic!!! He was super funny, he walked in telling me jokes, and he made me feel at ease. I always stress out when I’m at the doctor’s office, as soon as he walked in, my stress went away. They were all very understanding about the requests I had. If I need to go again, I would not hesitate))
