I have had nothing but great experiences at the 1000 West branch! They have always been attentive and willing to help and explain what I may not understand. I highly recommend this branch!

Gilbert nieves was very unprofessional and not helpful at all, i went to this location to refinance my car he didn’t even try to help me, he kept criticizing and giving opinions but not helping with the application, the staff is rude and unprofessional and they don’t know how to talk to costumers. I will not be coming be to this branch, i went to the mountain América in the south and the lady there actually helped me with the things that Gilbert said he couldn’t help.
