Bryan quickly identified and addressed the issue with the plug. He pinpointed the problem in the fuse box, located the tripped fuse, and demonstrated the issue to me, explaining that it wasn't obvious from the switch's position. He resolved the problem and also taught me how to check it in case we encounter a similar issue in the future. Thanks! 👍

Frank was very thorough and answered all our questions about updating our electrical panel. Since our home hadn't had any updates, he explained our options in detail and provided a timeline for the work. Very knowledgeable and professional company!

I've already used Cricket Residential Electricians twice, and they've done an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Connor is a nice person who is professional, hardworking, and adaptable. He replaced my house's electrical panel and offered me the most excellent price. I had to leave to go to work for the electrical panel replacement, but I had no concerns about leaving him alone in my house. Cricket Residential Electricians will be my go-to electrician in the future. I absolutely loved their service! I will definitely recommend them to others.

I requested Cricket residential electricians in Phoenix to install a LED kitchen light that I was having difficulty with installing myself. They were very quick to come out and get it installed correctly. They did a safety inspection to see what would be needed brought up to code and left me a detailed estimate of anything that they recommend being upgraded. I would recommend their services and will use them again in the future.

The technician did a great job! He called and said he could come to my house early if I was at home. Which he did. He finished all the work and explained what the problem was and the price was fair. The staff are friendly and know what they are doing. This was my first time with Cricket Residential Electricians and will use them again.
