Success means that patients sleep better, walk farther, and return to the things that matter most.When communicating with patients, I include their families and support systems. I share updates in plain language and make sure everyone knows what to expect - before, during, and after treatment.Outside the hospital, I recharge by spending time in nature and working with my hands - woodworking, hiking, and the occasional ski day.
