All of the women working here were wonderful. It was my first time here and I will definitely be sticking with this practice for my eye care. My appt was so smooth and efficient. They had my info and price outline ready before I even arrived and there was basically no waiting time between each step of the appt.

EVERYONE at Premiere Eye Associates is extremely professional and courteous and engages personally with the patient. Very helpful in navigating insurance coverage and helping select the best options for eyewear. I've seen only Dr. Starr, who is a wonderful doctor and has helped me tremendously. Now that I've been there twice, I won't go anywhere else!

We had the BEST experience with Dr. Starr and staff at the Marlton location! My son had an emergency eye tear and they took us right away - we drove from Philly and beat the wait time at the downtown ER! a half hour drive and no wait time was 100% worth it. Not only that, the staff was extremely friendly and kind and so caring and gentle with our son. They made our son feel very comfortable and took all his fear away. I highly recommend this place and Dr. Start and staff. My son also wants to comment:

My first visit with Premier Eye and I will be a lifelong customer. From start to finish, everyone was informative, friendly, professional and engaging. Dr Kothari did a thorough exam and explained things all along the way. I learned a lot during my appointment. Jen, who assisted with lenses and fitting of the glasses was an absolute delight to work with and made the selection process fun and easy. 1st time visiting the Marlton office Dr. Mullen was great and very informative! Everyone was inviting. Samatha helped me with my frame selection! She was so patient and knowledgeable about the lens process. I asked a ton of questions and she was able to answer all of them! I love Dr. Alisha! She did such a good job and she's so pleasant to talk to. She's like a "girl's girl" optometrist. I have a tendency to get in the chair and want stronger eye glasses that I then take home and get a headache from, and she does a really good job of keeping me in check from getting too strong of a prescription when I'm in the chair. I love her, she's amazing! I also love the office experience. Everyone is so kind and there's really nice free drinks!

From the Doctor to quality eyeglasses, Premier Eye Associates is the best for me. Forgot my questions but remembered them when I got home. Doctor Mullen told me to call her anytime if I have any questions and I did. She was with a patient, but called back not long after! I am grateful. She has compassion for her patients. Samantha took care of me and was patient for choosing the right eyeglasses that would fit well and looks good for my kind of face (Shape and size). The rest of the staff was so nice and pleasant. Thank you for giving me the best patient care experience! I highly recommened Premier Eye Associates.

I had a great experience with my new eye doctor. The office is welcoming, and the staff are genuinely friendly and professional. The entire staff and Dr. Lauren at Premier Eye Associates were extremely nice and helpful! My daughter’s eye exam was easy and very comprehensive. She was undecided on glasses and they guided us through the process, taking as much time as we needed to narrow down choices. My first visit here was absolutely amazing! The staff goes above and beyond to make patients feel welcome and cared for. The doctor was fantastic and really listened to my concerns and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Every person I was in contact with during my visit from the front desk to the optician were personable, professional and knowledgable. My husband and daughter will also be transferring to this office after such a great experience!

I thought I was doomed when I stepped on my glasses and broke the one lense. Thought about gluing it in becuase I was worried about how much time and I assumed it would be expensive. Then I met Jenn at Premier who quickly took them and said "I can fix them". 15 minutes later I was on my way with her kindness and my glasses like new. If you need glasses, try Premier and ask for Jenn!! A big THANKS again

I love the way the office runs seamlessly. I can tell that the front desk, doctors and other staff all work very hard to make sure your visit is as simple as possible. Concetta has been a staple at the front desk since I started seeing Dr. Sandler as a teen. There isn’t a question she can’t answer. She is one of the reasons I enjoy visiting the office. Dr. Sandler is very thorough and always presents all options, but ultimately lets her patients decide their best course of care. Strongly suggest this practice!

It was my first time going and I absolutely loved it! The entire team was nice and cooperative, from the receptionist, to the technician, to the optician. I love walking into places where it feels like the staff can express their personalities. Dr. Lauren Mullen seemed so knowledgeable but also like she truly cared. This vision office is definitely more technologically advanced than any office I have ever been to. I will say that the frames seemed to be on the higher end financially but they all seemed to be of high quality. I walked with my script by the end of my appointment which even included my measurements. I will definitely be back and recommend as much as I can!

The staff are so friendly. Danielle was efficient and quick setting up the appointment. Dr. Starr is extremely informative and has a natural charm-just being honest— easy on the eyes. Jen sat down with me and explained different options for lenses and broke down cost for me. Furthermore, she offered different payment plans that were more manageable financially.
