Update: had my foot surgery. Christina awesome as ever, worked on releasing my oh so tide facia, scar massage and desensitization. Also worked on lymphatic drainage massage. Christina is a professional, the environment was very relaxing. Absolutely recommending.Thanks Christina.

My appointment with Cristina was a real eye-opener. She was recommended to me by a physician as someone who could help with scar tissue pain relating to an old surgery and boy, was the doctor right! The area around the scar has been hurting me for well over a year and at the end of my first appointment the pain was almost gone. I was happily surprised to find that pain in my hand that I had no idea was related to scar tissue in my abdomen was also reduced some. Cristina did a great job explaining what was going on and I found her very friendly and personable. I highly recommend her services to anyone having pain related to surgery or even pain in general!

A friend recommended lymphatic drainage massage after surgery as my swelling was extensive. I was a bit skeptical at Christina’s technique, but by the end of my sessions (I’ve had 2 so far), I felt immediate relief in the areas where the swelling was most extreme. She was very gentle (which was nice because my limbs were sensitive to touch) and explained what she was doing along the way. She also explained what was happening within my lymphatic system and gave me things to try when feeling discomfort at home and work. I really appreciate Christina and the service she provides and will definitely continue to see her. A plus to all of this is that she is just a kind, open and friendly person and I enjoy conversing with her throughout our sessions. I highly, highly recommend contacting Christina for a lymphatic drainage massage!
