I was given Gus's number from my realtor, and he was very fast to respond, even on the weekend. He figured out my quote for me within a day and walked over all the coverages with me, which was very helpful. There is a $99 agency fee, but I got a good rate for the insurance itself, and I didn't have to try to figure out what types of pipes are in the condo or when the boiler was last updated. Overall, a good experience.

I worked with Gus in order to get insurance for me and my wife’s new home and within a day Gus was able to provide, produce and create a new insurance policy in that timeframe.
He was able to save us over $2,000 compared to my previous policy. He worked diligently with our loan officer to get all the necessary information to allow us to close on time.
I genuinely cannot recommend this company enough for being so adaptable and flexible with our needs. Please take the time and call them if you are even thinking of changing insurance. Gus makes the process smooth and effortless. We are now lifelong customers because of Gus.
