This decision led him to the Tri-Cities where he continued the growth of Scotco Construction. It became evident to Scott that the benefit of pursuing insurance work, almost exclusively, would give him the ability to offer year round employment and surround himself with quality management and staff. In 1997 Scott decided to accomplish this goal by incorporating Scotco Construction to form North West Restoration.
