I run a referral business in which I create websites, get them ranked and send the referrals to a local businesses that are interested in receiving more clients. In my search for an Appliance Repair businesses in Winnipeg I ran across Sheldon of First Choice Appliance.

How my business is run I contract with a company. They do have to read and agree with the contract and payment before I send them referrals. After they agree I send them referrals and at the end of the month an invoice and must be paid. In Sheldon of First Choice Appliance's case I sent his company 3 months of referrals at a rate of $400 per month and he never paid claiming the check was in the mail.

I tried to work something out in regards to a payment plan. He didn't follow through. Enough was enough I removed First Choice Appliance from our program. My only resolution to this is he pay his debt of $1,200 ($400/month x 3 months) to lease my websites.
