This place is not cleaned regularly, the staff do not wear gloves when giving soft tissue massages ,the program is half hour walk at 845 , half hour stretch , 4 hours of working out .This place is not for someone who is hurt .The 5 minute evaluation is s joke ,they accept everyone as long as they get paid . I spent 8 days there before getting kicked out . (Because l told them to wear gloves ???
The manager is never there unless you count the manager at the front desk who stated she knows nothing of rehabilitation of injury’s , the obesity rate at this clinic is 90 percent , l was allowed to leave early because l did 5 hours of stupid excercises that had nothing to do with my injury by 11 and the class ends at 230 , suppose to be 3 but they really are ripping off WCB .l do not recommend this place it’s a money laundering facility .Ov interviewed 15 clients who say there only there do they don’t get cut off WCB , most of these people l spoke with need to be pensioned off , if this facility was any good then why would they accept someone who had a surgery the same day !???!
The staff are book smart young adults with no real l knowledge of injury rehab , but with WCB footing millions into this company it will be around a long time . l suggest that WCB go to this facility 2 times a month unannounced l bet the class is out at 230 , and not 3 pm , add that up x20 people every day .lt counts for thousands of wasted Employers money .

A group of people who got in the business to help people have traded in their original plan of fixing people only to get a cheque from work safe bc. These people say and do what ever work safe wants them to, including sending injured workers back to work. This is a typical work safe tactic but obviously when they pay Orion 20,000 per "rehabilitation" Orion will bend over to work safe any time asked. Shame on you people for pretending to be health care professionals.

This place is dirty ,So is Heather so don’t get any massages from her , l was kicked out because l complaint that l was laying around with nothing to do while WCB. Foots the bill ,also because l told the staff to wash there hands or wear gloves if they plan on giving me s soft tissue Massage . I got a 5 hour workout schedule that l was doing in 2 hours , when l asked for more work l was told no go for coffee , take a nap etc , when l mention that pillows have been on the floor for 3 days , l was told l could leave when my workout was done on the 9 th of Nov 2017 l was told lm no longer suitable for the program .lt a shame every day everyone is allowed to leave at 230 when Wcb pays until 3 pm .On the positive side they got gloves and sanitizer , for now , Wcb needs too go there st 245 every now and then to see what clients are there and who left at 230 everyday because the clients got nothing to do by 130 and are told just lay around go for coffee take more breaks what a waste of Employers money. I sent a letter to the director of WCB and sent my evidence to CBC and Go public l hope they stop wasting money , l was kicked out and today l was called by the police not to go back there so l will be interviewing anyone who wants to talk about the program at London drug store .This place is not reccomended by me
