Lindsey is an excellent recruiter, and I would recommend her to friends and family who are ever looking for a job to her. She is kind and helpful to me in finding a job. So happy I found her and definitely would reach out to her in the future.

Shadi is an amazing recruiter! Was a much different (and much better) experience than previous hearing healthcare recruiters I have worked with previously. Very responsive, cares to consider what is actually a good fit for you personally, and gives amazing advice on how to get noticed more in your search. She also followed up when things weren’t a good fit, which is so respectable and important. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone!

Shadi Chakoutahi- Founder of Staffing Proxy
Few people have the opportunity to work with a great recruiter like Shadi. She was insightful, and inspiring throughout the entire process. Shadi took an active interest in my career goals and was instrumental in matching my skill sets with a great Audiologist Firm in Chicago! Shadi is a shining example of transparency and honesty. A believer of quick actions and never forgets to keep you updated along the career match. She believes in helping executive job seekers get noticed and hired, Shadi delivered on every level. I would highly recommend Shadi Chakoutahi for any professional comprehensive targeted career search strategy… Especially if it’s your life’s next-professional adventure!
