Everything was great until we ordered the sectional. It comes in 29+ pieces and even when you spend over 10k on a sectional there isn’t a service this company has that puts together the pieces and makes it easy and simple. Instead after paying all this money they expect you to install and put it all together. No white glove treatment, very disappointing. If we would have know we would have to do all the leg work we would have never bought this. Never paid this much for a sectional and the company that delivers it not put it together. Very overwhelming with all the trash and pieces. Very disappointed delivery and experience after the sale.

Hard to believe this location has only been open a couple of weeks to date! It was also hard to believe Piper only has 7 months experience with sales because she was amazing! She was super patient, kind and professional. She really listened to what we wanted and what we did not want and ensured she really walked us through our needs. She was very honest and her down to earth demeanor and professionalism were why we decided to buy.
