My goal is to provide evidence-based education and individualized treatment plans that support sustainable, long-term health improvements rather than temporary solutions.I especially enjoy working with patients to improve conditions such as obesity, insulin resistance, diabetes and other metabolic disorders through a comprehensive approach that includes nutrition, physical activity, behavioral change and medical management when appropriate. I believe patient education and empowerment are essential, and I strive to create a supportive environment where patients feel motivated, informed and confident in their health care journey.Throughout my career, working in multiple health care roles has allowed me to care for patients at different stages of life and health while deepening my appreciation for compassion, communication and patient advocacy.
