As a new immigrant from China, buying my first car in the U.S. was a little intimidating because everything was unfamiliar to me. I’m so glad I came to Wondries Toyota.

A huge thank you to my salesperson, Ying and Michael for being so patient and kind throughout the whole process. Ying took the time to explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Michael is so knowledge and answered all of my questions. They really made me feel comfortable and confident with my decision.

I’d also like to thank the sales manager Michelle, for making everything go so smoothly. Their professionalism and teamwork made the entire experience easy and enjoyable.

There's no better place to service your Toyota than Wondries in Alhambra! I've been a loyal client for nearly a decade and would highly recommend their services to anyone in the area. Whether you're working with John K. or Julio, you can rest assured that 1) your car will be meticulously inspected and 2) that your answers will be answered comprehensively and with honesty. Both appointments and walk-ins are welcome.

Gilbert Regalado & Harry made my experience buying a car smooth. They both helped me out with my Camry XSE. Gilbert also got me in and out within 3 hours. I was very pleased with their help and how quick it was. I definitely will come back in the future to purchase a car.

Very disappointing experience with this dealership. When I purchased my car, I was sold a Tire & Wheel Protection plan. During the signing process, I was told that when my tires wear out, they would replace them with new ones.

Now that my tires are worn out, the dealership refuses to replace them and says the plan does not cover normal tire wear. This was never explained to me when I signed the contract.

I feel like I was misled during the purchase process and the terms of the protection plan were not honestly explained. Please be careful when signing service contracts here and make sure you clearly understand what is actually covered.
