We are displaced due to an electrical fire at home, and we've been here for over five weeks. They have consistently worked with our insurance without issue. The rooms are not fancy, but the kitchenette is nice, with a two-burner cooktop, microwave and full-sized refrigerator. The floors are laminate, which makes the rooms a little echo-y, but the beds are comfortable. For long-term residents, you care for your room like an apartment, or you can request housekeeping to come in. The biggest downside for me was that they wouldn't let me bring my cat, so I had to foster him out, which has been stressful for me. All in all, however, an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this facility.

Not sure where to begin, I just now got time to write this as I am thinking about trying this hotel out again this weekend due to my work at the TMC hospital!!
So last weekend was literally a nightmare the young man Preston I believe his name is was polite at the beginning of my check in then when I started to ask questions about check out time and how long I can stay there etc.. he started to get very rude and disrespectful. Not a people person that's for sure. (My opinion) He asked me so many questions that I felt had nothing to do with my stay. Praying this time around I won't have that type of experience if it's him I have to deal with other then that my stay was WONDERFUL

My husband and daughter stayed here for the entire month of May and had a wonderful experience. As a newer hotel, it offers excellent value and is a great choice compared to other options in the area. XitLally was incredibly accommodating to our needs and ensured our stay was comfortable. Highly recommended!

10/10 I definitely will be recommending this location. The rooms were immaculate.
The staff was amazing My dad stayed here for one week. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate him he’s handicap and had some special needs that he needed for his room that the staff addressed immediately, Lorenzo, the Maintenance Man was Such a help to my dad. I personally think he should get employee of the month. Preston at the front Has amazing customer service skills. Xitlaaly the general manager Along with the rest of her staff went above and beyond for my dad and it is greatly appreciated. So if you’re looking for a clean, well managed place to lay your head. I recommend this hotel 10 out of 10.

I stayed here in January, I did have a good time. However, I feel the overall experience could’ve been better with a little improvement. The kitchenette in the room was empty, some basic cutlery and glasses would be helpful. And there was no toothbrush in the bathroom. It’s a hassle to go down and get it when you checkin very late, and the water station is on ground floor. There’s a vending machine for snacks that’s a saviour.
But all in all as it’s a brand new hotel, a preferred choice for the price compared to others in the area!
There’s a Starbucks in the campus now. For convenience, there’s a Circle K walkable from the hotel.
